However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return an item. 1. Standard Return Window

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy. You have exactly 30 calendar days from the date your package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier to initiate a return request.

  • If 30 days have passed since the delivery date of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

2. Conditions for Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, the item(s) must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same pristine condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, with all original tags, manuals, parts, and accessories included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid Order ID, receipt, or proof of purchase must be provided when requesting the return.
  • Note: Items that show signs of use, wear and tear, missing parts, or damage not caused by our logistics handling will be strictly rejected and shipped back to you at your expense.

3. Non-Returnable and Exempt Items

For safety, hygiene, and logistical reasons, certain categories of items cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Any worn or opened safety gear, goggles, or protective apparel cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
  • Custom or Personalized Goods: Items that have been customized, engraved, or specially ordered for your business needs.
  • Final Sale / Clearance Items: Goods marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
  • Gift Cards: Downloadable software or digital gift cards.

4. The Return Process: Step-by-Step

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or directly to our warehouse without prior authorization. To initiate a return, follow these exact steps:

  • Step 3: Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box (do not write on the product packaging itself).
  • Step 4: Ship the Item: Drop the package off at your local post office or designated carrier. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to “buyer’s remorse” (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color, or no longer need the item), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Company Responsibility: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), Spartan Transportation Logistics LLC will cover the return shipping costs by providing a pre-paid shipping label.

6. Refund Processing and Timelines

Once your return is received at our facility, the following process occurs:

  • Inspection: Our quality assurance team will inspect the returned item within 2 to 3 business days of receipt.
  • Approval/Rejection Notice: We will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the inspection results.
