At Sonex Freights (sonexfreights.com), owned and operated by Spartan Transportation Logistics LLC, we leverage our extensive logistics infrastructure to deliver your physical goods safely and reliably. This Shipping Policy details our delivery zones, estimated processing and transit times, shipping costs, and procedures for handling delays.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer shipping services across the United States. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. At this time, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses due to carrier restrictions on certain package dimensions.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
We operate on standard business days: Monday through Friday, excluding standard United States federal holidays. Our delivery timeline is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Transit Time.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (PST) / Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will be queued for processing on the next business day.
- Handling / Processing Time: It takes 1 to 3 business days to verify your order, perform quality checks, pack the items, and hand them over to our dispatch network.
- Transit Time: Once dispatched, the standard transit time for your package is 9 to 11 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect to receive your order within 10 to 14 business days from the date of purchase.
3. Shipping Rates & Taxes
We believe in straightforward pricing with no hidden checkout surprises:
- Shipping Fee: We offer a Flat Rate shipping fee for all standard orders, regardless of the package’s weight or dimensions within our standard logistics categories. The exact flat rate will be displayed clearly at checkout before you finalize your payment.
- Taxes: We apply a 0% Sales Tax rate on all items and shipping fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been processed and leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey in real-time through our carrier network. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with initial scan events.
5. Delays & Exceptions
While our parent company, Spartan Transportation Logistics LLC, employs top-tier routing systems to ensure on-time delivery, certain unforeseen circumstances may cause delays:
- External Factors: Severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or unexpected carrier strikes may impact transit times.
- Address Issues: Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout will cause significant delays. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately.
- Procedure: If your package is delayed by more than 5 business days beyond the maximum estimated delivery window (14 business days), please reach out to our support team. We will initiate an immediate trace with our dispatchers to locate your package and expedite its delivery.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is marked as “Delivered” but cannot be found, or if it arrives damaged in transit:
- Damaged Goods: Please retain all original packaging and take clear photos of the damage. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Lost Packages: Please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it remains unfound after 3 business days from the “Delivered” status, contact us so we can open an official claim with the carrier.
