To ensure convenience and global accessibility, we currently process payments through two of the industry’s most trusted and secure payment gateways. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (via Stripe): We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • PayPal: You can choose to pay using your PayPal account balance, or via the credit/debit cards and bank accounts linked to your PayPal wallet. You do not need a PayPal account to check out; you can use PayPal’s guest checkout feature to pay with your card.

Note: All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or international transaction fees.

2. Payment Processing & Order Confirmation

  • Authorization and Capture: Upon clicking “Complete Order” at checkout, your payment method will be immediately authorized and charged for the total order amount (including flat-rate shipping and applicable taxes, which is currently 0% Sales Tax).
  • Order Confirmation: Once the payment is successfully processed and captured by Stripe or PayPal, you will automatically receive an Order Confirmation Email containing your unique Order ID, a summary of your purchased items, and your billing/shipping details.
  • Fulfillment Initiation: We will only begin processing and preparing your physical goods for shipment after the payment has been fully cleared.

3. Failed Payments & Declined Transactions

If your payment attempt fails or is declined during checkout:

  • No Charges Applied: Your credit card or PayPal account will not be charged.
  • Order Status: The order will not be processed or forwarded to our logistics facility.
  • Resolution: We recommend double-checking the billing address, card number, expiration date, and CVV for typos. If the issue persists, please try an alternative payment method or contact your bank/credit card issuer to ensure they are not blocking the transaction for fraud prevention.
  • Please note that for privacy and security reasons, our support team cannot see the specific reasons why your bank declined a transaction.
