DMCA Policy

Sonex Freights (sonexfreights.com), owned and operated by Spartan Transportation Logistics LLC, respects the intellectual property rights of others and strictly complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (17 U.S.C. § 512). We expect all users, customers, and contributors to our website to hold the same level of respect for the intellectual property of third parties.
It is our strict policy to respond expeditiously to clear, legally valid notices of alleged copyright infringement. This page outlines the information required to submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, how to submit a counter-notification, and our procedures for handling these claims.
1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe in good faith that any content, image, text, or product listing on the sonexfreights.com website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a formal notification of infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent.
To ensure your notice is effective and actionable under the DMCA, your written communication must include all of the following information:
- A Physical or Electronic Signature: The signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A clear description or a link to the original copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, please provide a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the Infringing Material: A clear description of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled. You must provide the exact URL(s) or specific locations on our website where the alleged infringing material is located to allow us to locate it accurately.
- Your Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of Perjury: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Takedown Procedure & Resolution
Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA notice containing all required information outlined in Section 1:
- Review & Action: We will promptly review the notice. If valid, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notification: We will take reasonable steps to promptly notify the user or party responsible for posting the material that we have removed or disabled access to it. We will also provide them with a copy of the DMCA notice.
4. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, your Counter-Notification must be a written communication containing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the specific URL/location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Sacramento County, California, if your address is outside of the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Spartan Transportation Logistics LLC has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts or access of users, vendors, or contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
6. Warning Against False Claims
Please be advised that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to severe civil liability and damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
